Bartley Concrete Pumping has been providing the DC Metro area with commercial and residential concrete services for almost 50 years.We started as a Concrete Contractor in 1970 when Bartley Corporation was established and helped to introduce residential concrete foundation construction to the Mid-Atlantic region.

When founders, Buck and Tom Bartley formed Bartley Corp, they knew that “people were their most important resource” and were committed to creating a culture that promoted personal development & work/life balance. Today that culture is still maintained, and the organization has grown to over 150 employees. From the beginning, Buck and Tom also made the commitment to support their employees by investing in the latest labor saving equipment - this would increase efficiently and was a key contributor to the future and growth of our company .

In the mid 90’s, Bartley decided to take on concrete pumping based on years of experience as a residential & commercial concrete contractor. They entered the industry with one pump and the intention of training better operators in-house, having more control of their projects & improving the industry standard. Bartley has been placing concrete on commercial & residential jobs, of all types and sizes across the DC Metro, ever since their 90’s debut.

A lot has changed in five decades but two things have stayed the same — Our commitment to service and people, which has made Bartley an industry leader.

Through a customer-based focus, Bartley Concrete Pumping was established to provide “concrete pumping to Contractors by Concrete Contractors”.

We created our business with a passion to offer our industry partners of contractors, concrete contractors, and site developers, a fast and cost-effective method to pour concrete. We understand their needs in the commercial and residential concrete industry & are dedicated to the success and satisfaction of each and every project.
